Hi and welcome to lemonbassdrop!

I’m Victoria and I love food, fitness, and everything in between. I have a degree in Exercise Physiology and am always interested in learning more about how our bodies work with our minds to achieve greatness!

Lemonbassdrop is a neat little corner of the internet where you can read some tips and experiences on living a healthy, balanced life, and of course to see all of the pictures of my super cool dog, Sandy (she’s a part of my wellness routine for sure, and she’s just so darn cute).

I used to think that living a healthy life meant eating an extremely strict diet, counting every nutrient and/or calorie, and killing myself at the gym. I hated it. I’m sure there are plenty of you who hate the wellness plan you’re currently on, and I’m here to share some things I’ve learned that may help you out too!

Let’s live a little and laugh a lot – health is all about balance in the end!
